I was asked about the requirements for the books you’re reading in Engelska B right now.

In brief though, what you’re supposed to do is…
Godkänt
Read at least two books and be able to tell me about the book and your thoughts about it.
Väl godkänt
Read at least two books and be able to tell me about the book and your thoughts about it. You should also be able to compare the two books. You can compare the story, the setting, the mood, the characters, the language, etc. To show similarities (or differences) between the books you should bring quotes from the books that you think illustrate the point you’re tryig to make.
It could be something like this…
“Character descriptions are much more brief in the first book ‘John was tall’ page 29. In my second book they are very detailed: ‘Yasmin wore a purple cashmere scarf that fit her olive complexion very well and brought out the deep green of her eyes…’, page 156…”
